How to complain about Tai Tarian, and what to do if they ignore you
Tai Tarian manages around 9,000 homes across Neath Port Talbot in South Wales. The association formed in 2017 from a stock transfer from Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, taking on virtually all of the former council stock in the area.

Welsh tenants are protected by the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 and the Fitness for Human Habitation Regulations 2022. The Tai Tarian stock includes significant Valley housing with the pre-1939 construction features that drive damp problems. The Welsh framework differs from the rules in England. If Tai Tarian has ignored you, here's how to claim.
