Direct answer

Free leaflets and posters for your waiting room or community space. Tell tenants where to go for help with damp, mould or unsafe repairs.

Direct answer

We send free leaflets and posters to surgeries, social prescribing teams, community centres, food banks, and any service that supports tenants. They explain who we are and how to get in touch, in plain English. To order some, email help@supportfortenants.co.uk or call us free on 0800 030 4669.

What you can order

  • A simple A4 or A3 poster for a waiting room or noticeboard
  • A short leaflet that tenants can take home
  • A larger partner pack (for example, for a network of surgeries)

How to order

  1. Email help@supportfortenants.co.uk with your service name, postal address, and how many you would like.
  2. Or call us free on 0800 030 4669 and ask for the partnerships team.
  3. We post them to you, free of charge.

Become a formal partner

If your organisation refers tenants regularly, you may want a formal partnership with a dedicated contact, priority triage, and co-branded materials. See our partnerships page.
