Direct answer

Yes. Whatever language you speak, we can help. If English is not your first language, we arrange an interpreter so you can talk to us in your own words. There is no cost to you. We already have information in Bengali and Urdu. To get started, call us free on 0800 030 4669.

How it works

  • Tell us the language you are most comfortable in.
  • We arrange someone to interpret, by phone or in writing.
  • You explain what is wrong with your home in your own words, and we explain your options back to you clearly.
  • There is no upfront cost to you, and you only pay if your claim wins, out of the compensation.

Languages we are often asked for

We help tenants who speak many languages, including Bengali, Urdu, Polish, Romanian, Arabic, and more. If your language is not on this list, do not worry. We can still arrange an interpreter for you.

Information in your language

We have ready-to-use pages in 18 languages, including Bengali, Urdu, Polish, Romanian, Punjabi, Somali, Arabic, Gujarati, Tamil, Tagalog, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish, Lithuanian, Bulgarian, Albanian, Hindi and Farsi. Pick yours here:
