L&Q ordered to pay £35,397 across nine leak cases, some with collapsed ceilings
What happened
An independent statutory ruling made nine findings of severe failings against L&Q for the way it handled leaks. In one case a resident caught leaks in buckets and could not use her living room, and her ceiling later collapsed. In another the leak went unfixed for nearly four years.
