[Explain what you need. For example: please contact me by email rather than phone, please let me have a parking space nearer the door, or please make an exception to a rule that affects me because of my condition.] Please tell me whether you can make this change, and if not, why not. Yours sincerely, [Your full name] [Your phone number] [Your email address]
