Direct answer

We help one home at a time, but you do not have to act alone. If lots of flats in your block have the same problems, like damp, broken lifts, or no heating, each household can send us their own case. We can then deal with them together where it makes sense. To start, call us free on 0800 030 4669.

How a group claim works with us

There is no single big claim for a whole block with us. Instead:

  • Each household contacts us and gives their own details.
  • We check each home and gather evidence.
  • Where the cases are similar and against the same landlord, the solicitor can line them up together.

This keeps each person's claim strong, while still putting pressure on the landlord.

What about shared parts of the building?

Some problems affect the whole block, like a broken lift, fire-safety issues, or repairs to the roof and shared areas. These can be more complicated, and sometimes need a different legal route. If your problem is mainly about the building itself, we will tell you and point you to the right help.

What to do next

Ask your neighbours to each get in touch with us. The more homes that report the same problem, the clearer the picture. Each household can call free on 0800 030 4669 or start online.
