North England HA (Yorkshire, North-West). Upgraded C2→C1 in Jan 2026. They manage 36,800 homes across England. When a landlord this size ignores you, the law is on your side, but only if you act. Under Awaab's Law and Section 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, you can claim compensation and force the repair.
Together's Yorkshire estates include a high proportion of pre-1980 stone-built terraces, these have known structural damp profiles that Together's surveyors are familiar with. 'It's just typical of that house type' is not a lawful response to a damp complaint.
