Midland Heart manages around 33,000 homes across the West Midlands and East Midlands. The group has been relatively stable structurally (no major recent mergers) but its repair times have been criticised in published consumer-standards reviews.

Midland Heart's 'tenant satisfaction measures' (TSMs) published in 2024 showed lower-than-average scores for repair quality. Use those published TSMs in your evidence, they're the landlord's own admission that performance was substandard.
