HomeOur promise
Our promise to you
Seven commitments, plain English. If we break any of them, tell us:
Call 0800 030 4669 or write to complaints@supportfortenants.co.uk.
- 1
We never charge you upfront
No upfront cost. You only pay if you win, and the fee comes out of the compensation, not your pocket. If you do not win, you pay nothing.
- 2
We tell you honestly if you do not have a claim
Our eligibility assessment has three honest outcomes, and one of them is that a claim may not be right for you. We will tell you that straight, rather than push a case that is not there. We mean it.
- 3
Our tools are open. No email gate.
The compensation calculator, eligibility quiz, letter builder, and what-to-bring checklist are all free to use. We do not ask for your name, phone, or email to access them.
- 4
No stock photos. No invented testimonials.
Every case study on this site is real and anonymised. We never publish single-first-name testimonials, smiling stock families, or imagery that misrepresents who our clients are.
- 5
We work in England and Wales only
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, we will tell you honestly that we cannot help, rather than take on a case we cannot run. We do not pretend to cover what we do not.
- 6
Your data goes to your case, nowhere else
We never sell your contact details, share them for third-party marketing, or use them for any purpose outside progressing your claim. See our privacy policy.
- 7
We disclose every fee in plain English before you sign
Your client agreement explains the fee structure, any after-the-event insurance, and all costs clearly before you commit. No small print that changes the deal later.
Who holds us accountable
Our promises are not just words. We are regulated by three independent bodies, each with the power to investigate complaints and take action if we fall short.
Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 1020217) as a claims management company.
View FCA register entry →Registered under the Data Protection Act 2018 with the Information Commissioner's Office (ZB796409).
View ICO register entry →Cases are run by SRA-regulated panel solicitors. The Solicitors Regulation Authority independently regulates the lawyers who handle your claim.
About SRA regulation →If we fall short
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, start with our formal complaints process. If you are still not satisfied, you can escalate to the Legal Ombudsman (for solicitor conduct) or the FCA (for our conduct as a claims management company).
