How to find Leeds Council's complaints email
Search "Leeds Council complaints policy" on their official website. Every council publishes one, usually with a dedicated complaints email and a downloadable PDF procedure.
If you can't find it, call the council's main switchboard and ask for "housing complaints". Take the name, time and date of every call.
The escalation route
- Stage 1: formal complaint to Leeds Council. Response in 10 working days.
- Stage 2: senior review if unsatisfied. Response in 20 working days.
