FCA (Financial Conduct Authority)
The UK regulator for financial services firms, including claims management companies. Support for Tenants is authorised under FCA Reg No. 1020217.

CMC (Claims Management Company)
A business that identifies, screens and packages legal claims and refers them to a regulated solicitor. CMCs in the UK must be authorised by the FCA. Support for Tenants is a CMC.
SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority)
The body that regulates solicitors in England and Wales. Support for Tenants is not an SRA-regulated firm (we're an FCA-regulated CMC), but our panel solicitors are SRA-regulated.
