What we do
Support for Tenants is a regulated company. We help tenants in England and Wales hold landlords to account on housing disrepair, damp, mould, leaks, broken heating, structural defects. Every case starts with a free 25- minute call where we tell the tenant honestly whether they have a case worth pursuing. If we take a case on, we refer to our panel of SRA-regulated solicitor firms on a no-win-no-fee basis.
Who we look for
When we hire, we look for people who can hold two things in mind at once: a tenant in a hard situation who deserves direct plain-English help, and a regulated process that has to be followed to the letter. We do not hire commission-only sales staff. We do not run an outbound call centre. The people we recruit are caseworkers, customer-care team members, and panel- solicitor liaisons, paid salaries, not bounties.
