What an inspection covers
- Full property walkthrough, every room, every defect catalogued
- Moisture readings for damp/mould claims, including under flooring and behind paint
- Photo evidence, dated, time-stamped, multiple angles
- Schedule of works, what the landlord should have done, what they did do (if anything), what still needs doing
- Written report, sent to you within 5 working days of the inspection
